Dominos has gotten a lot better than it used to be. Still not my fav pizza place but with their carryout deals it is a good value.

The place serves big dishes and for fair rates. very friendly employees. 5 stars from me.

Messed up my order Had to wait for new pizza to be made So much for pre order no wait

This Domino's location is pretty convenient for me since I live very close by. My family and I order out from here when we are in a mood for takeout. The delivery service can be sometimes very fast and sometimes an hour but the pizza is always hot so that's really good!

Always order 2 sauces but it I never get it great food thought

I’ve been ordering from here since I moved here in walpole , and now the manager is denying my order because I live “too far” away ... since when ? Just because it’s 11:20pm you feel like it’s a reach? Very rude Manager John , kept hanging up when I was in disbelief.

Good mobile order service.

I ordered last minute about 25 minutes before closing. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and an 8pc chicken wings. They called back after two minutes told me they had no more. I totally forget his name. But he came up with an alternative of boneless. I agreed. Great service from dominos in Norwood!! I really appreciate it during these times!!! Thank you and stay safe!!!

The pizza was burnt and had no flavor. Don't over order pizza deluxe. Moreover app said pizza was ready for pickup and I had to wait for several minutes after going to store.

For a large company they run it like a single shop. I try to order online, it says I am not in the delivery area. I am exactly ½ mile from the store in Norwood. I call the store to ask why, a kid on the phone gives me no answer. He says he can take my order. He asks the manager. If I wanted to order on the phone I would not be on the website! Its like paying at the gas pump then having to go in for a receipt. So no one has any answer... No we will look into it... nothing. Plenty of other places to get pizza in Norwood.... work on helping customers and you might keep one.

This place makes good food but their professionalism and training is not great. I’ve spent 15 minutes waiting trying to pay and leave the store. I’ve also been there to pick up a mobile order and I’ve already paid for it and they wait five or 10 minutes to literally hand it to you off-the-shelf.

Fast and hot

I called them they put me on hold for 10 min i hang up call back and they don't answer this was at 11:30 they closed at 12

This place sent me a black burnt pizza. When I spoke to the manager he told me to stop ordering here and hung up on my face. SMH that has to be the worst manager I’ve ever seen! This isn’t right and people deserve to be treated better when buying food from the establishment.

Always great to order from this location. This is actually my favorite Domino’s, food is always fresh they have a great customer service and Very fast service. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Worst place on the planet. Complete incompetence. The Managers are in another world. These people have no cooking experience. It's either burnt or not cooked. When you call to address it, they get mad...like you're bothering them.They don't know the menu, they show up an hour late or not at all! Save your money!

Food is great. Arrives on time and hot

I ordered a pizza and soda. I received my pizza but no soda. When I called the store to ask for my soda, they said they would send the driver back. 35 minutes after calling, I still did not receive my soda. I called the store back for a refund. The girl who picked up did not seem concerned or apologetic. I talked to a friend in the area who has ordered from this location and they said they always forget the soda. I will no longer be giving this Dominos my business.

While waiting to order I witnessed staff degrade this young man who was trying to pick up his food, the guy treated this kid (high school age) as if he was trash and the worst/ most shocking part is he (staff member) made racist comments as if this was 100 years ago. Had to leave will not be back and I hope this guy gets reported and fired. There should be ZERO tolerance for this
